Dr. Harry G. Harris is a Senior Fellow at the University of California Educational Research Center. He was awarded a PhD degree at Harvard University. He served at the White House as a senior professional staff member and was with the National Alliance of Business in Washington D.C. from 1977 to 1979 as the Alliance's Vice President for Planning and Program Development. Dr. Harris has conducted extensive research on global management and strategic policy issues in private & public enterprises with visits to over 100 countries. He has lectured extensively at universities and other organizations in Asia, Europe, South America, the Middle East and Africa. Dr. Harris continues to be active in global management consulting as well as his research and lecturing.
