赵曙明,现任南京大学商学院院长、教授、博士生导师、江苏省人力资源学会会长及江苏省企业管理协会、企业家协会副会长。
赵曙明教授1977年毕业于南京大学英文专业;1981年留学美国,1983年获教育学硕士学位;1987年再度赴美,1990年获美国加州克莱蒙特研究生大学高等教育与人力资源管理学博士学位;1990年至1991年在佛罗里达大西洋大学商学院从事人力资源管理博士后研究。
赵曙明教授在人力资源管理及企业跨国经营的研究方面颇有造诣,出版了《人力资源管理研究》(管理科学文库)、《跨国公司人力资源管理》、《中国企业人力资源战略管理》等二十余本著作,撰写了一百七十多篇论文,他是最早将西方人力资源管理理论引进到中国,并将西方人力资源理论与中国实践相结合的学者之一。他多次主持国家自然科学基金、教育部科研基金项目,深入到中国企业进行了大量的调查研究,提出了一系列适合中国企业人力资源管理的理论。他分别于1992、1996、1999、2002年成功组织了四届企业跨国经营研讨会;先后十多次获得国务院、教育部、江苏省政府以及南京大学颁发的教学和研究奖;作为五位获奖者之一,于1996年获得前国家教育委员会跨世纪优秀人才培养计划基金(管理科学);在1997年被中国人事部等8部委评为“国家百千万人才工程第一、二层次培养对象”;1998年和2002年两次被江苏省评为“333工程跨世纪学术、技术带头人培养工程第一层次培养对象”;1999年和2004年被中国教育部聘为“教育部第四届科学技术委员会学部委员”;1999年被中国教育部聘为“全国高等学校工商管理类学科专业教育指导委员会委员”。2000年和2002年被国家自然科学基金委员会分别聘为第八届和第九届学科评审组成员。2002年起兼任澳门科技大学研究生院院长。2002年被评为财智中国HR年度人物。 2003年被国务院学位办和国家教育部聘为“全国MBA教育指导委员会委员”。赵教授从2002年起担任英国International Journal of Cross Culture Management的主编(Co-editor)。 2003年9月9日被南京大学表彰为2003年度南京大学先进工作者;2003年他的著作《人力资源管理研究》获得第13届中国图书奖和江苏省第8届哲学社会科学优秀成果一等奖。他的《人力资源管理》课被教育部评为2003年国家精品课程。
赵曙明教授曾是夏威夷大学、多伦多大学、密苏里州立大学等八所商学院的兼职教授,现为美国南加州大学马歇尔商学院的兼职教授、澳门科技大学研究生院院长等职;他曾在美国、加拿大、日本、英国、德国、澳大利亚、荷兰及新加坡等地讲学。他已为多家国有、外资与民营企业进行了管理咨询。他还担任江苏苏豪国际集团股份有限公司等三家大公司的独立董事。
